Carol Darr has been a part of the Solutions In Mind team for more than 5 years. Her background as a pharmacist, coupled with her passion for adult learning led her to pursue a career as a training professional in the pharmaceutical industry. For two decades, Carol has successfully coached salespeople, managers, medical team members and executive leaders on selling, influence, leadership and communication, and she has been a Mastering Persuasion & Influence Accredited Coach for more than 12 years. Carol blends her knowledge of the life sciences industry with her expertise in persuasion to create outstanding results for our clients. Her passion for learning is contagious and she engages our audiences with her big smile and energetic facilitation style.

Grace is the newest member of the Solutions in Mind team. With degrees in both Psychology and Education, she combines a deep understanding of human behaviour with a passion for helping people learn and grow. Known for her hard-working nature and contagious enthusiasm, Grace approaches every challenge with energy and optimism. She thrives in collaborative environments where creative problem-solving is key. Her active listening skills, critical thinking, self-awareness and impactful communication enable her to be a key contributor to team discussions. Grace has a strong belief in the power of strategic communication to drive change.  She’s deeply committed to helping others develop the skills they need to influence ethically and effectively.

Ken joined the team in 2010 as our expert in visual communications for Solutions In Mind. Since then he has taken the lead on all of our print and web-based marketing by using his creative eye to develop our unique value-added propositions and products. Ken has been an invaluable addition in the way that he understands and identifies the best visual approach to effectively communicate our messages and branding. Jutta Lehmann-Willenbrock has been successfully mentoring businesspeople and managers for more than a decade. She focuses on helping clients enhance their executive abilities while developing individual and corporate goal-oriented competencies in the areas of persuasion, influence, sales and negotiations.

Jutta’s own career has led her from hospitality to retail to healthcare where, as a licensed pharmacist she has worked successfully in the field while putting her passion for learning into action. As a moderator, speaker and Solutions In Mind accredited coach Jutta manages all our training and coaching activities in German-speaking countries (including Germany, Austria and Switzerland) where she fosters training in persuasion and influence to establish successful ways of thinking for business people, executives, leadership teams and companies.
